Use of “caustic soda free” adhesive is recommended in case of high humidity(90-95% RH) weather. We recommend our Moisture Resistant adhesive powder i.e. Neutral Adhesive powder which will ensure no moisture regain once dried. No need for addition heaters for drying of boxes which will lower your production cost. No issue of fungus/molds on corrugated boards since the moisture would be in the range of 12-15%.
Our Autoplant Adhesive formulation is low energy consuming adhesive due to low gel temperature which sets quickly and enables faster production rates. Our Autoplant Adhesive is compatible to run from 25m/min and tested up to 210m/min machine speeds.
Cracking issue in boards occur when moisture in boards is reduced below 5-7%. And Warpage or bending of boards issue occurs when there is imbalance of moisture across the board. So maintain the moisture content in boxes between 10-12%, we provide Specialized Corrugation and Pasting Adhesives which contain Anti-cracking additive which will hold moisture in boxes to prevent cracking/breaking.
Our 2 Bag Mix(2BM) Autoplant adhesive provides 10% more Compression strength compared to any other Adhesives. Since our Autoplant Adhesive has better penetration which forms 100% fibre-tearing bonds on all the layers which provides High Compression Strength and Bursting Strength values.
The production of paper tubes and cores involves winding layers of adhesive-coated Kraft paper strips on a mandrel. Effective tube formation requires adhesives with high tack and quick-setting properties, commonly achieved with yellow dextrin formulations. Our Paper tube dextrin Adhesives are favored due to their high dry solids content, which allows for quicker drying of thick-walled cores and minimizes bending. This adhesive brings less moisture to the paper below 12%, reducing drying time and storage needs, leading to cost savings and enhanced customer responsiveness. By minimizing the initial moisture content of the cores, Our Paper tube adhesives optimize production efficiency compared to lower-quality options that add excess moisture.
Our Neutral adhesive is popularly used in boxes which carry Bananas, fishes, pomegranate etc. which will be kept in cold storages while shipping.
Our Neutral Adhesive is “Caustic soda free” which has pH value around 7-8. Neutral Adhesive provided by us ensures moisture content of boxes below 15% after drying. So while stacking of boxes in cold storage, the bottom boxes won’t deform or collapse
Also No issue of fungus/molds on corrugated boards since the moisture would be below 15%.
