Native Starch Based Adhesive

We Provide Modified Starches which can be mixed with your Native Starch for preparation of adhesive. This adhesive is cost effective.

2 BAG MIX (2BM) / Stein Hall Process

2BM supplied by us is a Stein Hall process which comes with 1 carrier bag and 1 secondary modified starch bag to be mixed in water in the recommended ratio.

This adhesive formulation allows you to use your machine at high speed since the adhesive gel temperature is low which increases the production output.

Native Starch Based Adhesive

We Provide Modified Starches which can be mixed with your Native Starch for preparation of adhesive. This adhesive is cost effective.

Advantages

  • Better penetration to form 100% fibre-tearing bonds on all the layers.
  • High initial tack and forms green bond, which will allow high machining speeds.
  • This formulation is compatible to run 25 m/min and tested up to 210 m/min machine speed.
  • Moisture in 5 Ply comes around 8 – 9 % even at high humid conditions.
  • Provides high compression and Box Crush Test values.
  • The glue gives good bonding even in high GSM Kraft liners.
  • These are low energy consuming adhesives due to low gel temperature.
  • The adhesive sets quickly and enables faster production rates.
  • The adhesive holds moisture in corrugated board, thereby reducing the tendency of cracking and warpage.
  • The viscosity drop is marginal (10-15%) due to circulation.
