Pasting Adhesive for Semi Automatic / Manual Plants

Pasting Adhesive offered by us is made with superior quality starch which is treated with different catalyst in controlled environment. We offer 2 grades in pasting adhesive: Hot process pasting adhesive and Cold process pasting adhesive. In Hot process, the powder has to be cooked in recommended ratio of water up to 75-80°C to prepare the adhesive. Cold process pasting adhesive is prepared by adding alkali solution in the mixture of modified starch and cold water. Our product range is large and can be customized according to customer needs.

Advantages

  • The glue sets very fast and the board dries in less than half an hour.
  • Better penetration to form 100% fibre-tearing bonds.
  • The Hot process pasting adhesive has the pH value of less than 9 which ensures low moisture absorbance after production even in monsoon.
  • Since the Hot process pasting adhesive is neutral, there won’t be any flute/adhesive marks on box even on virgin or imported paper.
  • No foaming in pasting adhesive tray which speeds up the production.
  • Shelf life of the adhesive powder is 6 months.
  • The pot life of the glue is 72 hours with consistent viscosity.
