Paper Tube / Paper Core Adhesives

The Paper tube adhesive offered by us is a High Solid thermally treated modified starch. In Hot Mix adhesive, the powder has to be cooked in recommended ratio of water up to 75-80°C to prepare the adhesive. Cold Mix adhesive is prepared by adding alkali solution in the mixture of modified starch and cold water. Paper Tubes/ Cores High solid content. Our dextrin adhesives can be used at the solid content of 35-45% during the tube winding production. This improves the strength of the paper tubes (even during winding) and shortens the drying time of the finished cores. Increases the running speed of the tube winding machine. The solid content of the dextrin adhesives is high but the viscosity is lower which is around 50-70sec (B4cup) for application. This helps increase the running speed of the tube winding machine and increases productivity.

Product Formats

  • Better penetration to form 100% fiber-tearing bonds.
  • It gives high green bond strength and excellent initial tack of less than 1 min.
  • It provides high Compression strength values.
  • The Hot process dextrin adhesive gives green bond with 45sec thereby making the production process faster.
  • The Hot process dextrin adhesive gives higher Compression strength (CS) values even during monsoo.
  • Has High Mileage and lower consumption of adhesive.
  • The Glue dries very fast which speeds up the further production.
  • Shelf life of the glues is 72 hours with consistent viscosity.
