We at MSPL have been in the business of Modified Starch (Adhesives) for more than two decades now and still counting. We are one of the leading manufacturers of Modified Starches-Adhesives, Dextrin and White Dextrin. Since the inception of MSPL we have centered our thoughts and ideas of product developments as per the needs and essential requirements of our clients. We are regularly making supplies to major automatic & semi-automatic units all over India. We have three separate modern manufacturing facilities at Mumbai, Pune and Nasik.

Research Development

  • Understanding the problems faced by the corrugators and developing newer solutions are the tasks of our research Laboratory.
  • Based on a long experience of corrugating industry and working closely with our customers, our research laboratories formulates specialty adhesives and tailor-made products, evaluates their potential bonding speed and measuring final bond strength which helps to improve the productivity of the corrugator. We also continuously optimize our adhesives for the changing needs of our clients.
  • This is backed by Edge crush test, Pin adhesion test, water proofing/resistant test in our in- house Laboratory.
  • All raw materials are checked before use to ensure that they comply with internal standards. The strict compliance to high quality standards and a multilayer check on the material dispatched, we pride ourselves at valuing quality.

Manufacturing Capacity

  • The manufacturing facility is designed with state of the art technology. The whole setup is fully automated with PLC installation which minimum human contact possible. Our bulk handling equipment is dust free. All equipment is stainless steel which ensures no contamination due to corrosion. MSPL also realizes the importance of good product quality and the need to be market sensitive and also believe that it is a must to produce goods efficiently and economically and in a way that it imposes the least cost on the environment. The quality consciousness is reflected in growing list of satisfied customers in India as well as overseas.
